Hackdata is a 24-hour student-organized hackathon hosted by Shiv Nadar University's ACM chapter and Computer Science Engineering Department. Designed to ignite passion for coding and innovation, the event brings together students from Delhi NCR and nearby institutions to collaborate on creative tech projects, attend expert-led sessions, and engage in mini-games and activities.

Key Highlights:

• Non-Stop Innovation: Teams build projects across domains like AI, cybersecurity, and IoT, judged by industry experts.
• Beyond Coding: Speaker sessions, networking opportunities, and interactive games to foster holistic learning.
• CTF Challenges: Custom Capture-the-Flag (CTF) platform with dynamic scoring (faster solves = higher points).
• Live Radio Broadcast: Have a custom live radio broadcast which allowed participants to listen to songs(played through my laptop) and announcements over our website.

My Role as the Technical Lead and Mentor:

Spearheaded project evaluations to identify top teams based on creativity, technical depth, and feasibility. Designed and developed a dynamic CTF platform with integrated challenge creation and real-time scoring logic to ensure seamless competition management. Curated cybersecurity-themed challenges that tested participants' problem-solving speed and technical expertise. Throughout the 24-hour event, mentored over 40 teams, providing guidance to refine their submissions and overcome obstacles. Engaged in interactive discussions to explore ideas, understand solutions, and offer valuable feedback, helping teams achieve the best possible version of their projects.
